SNAP and their hypocrisy train is back, demanding that it be held to a lower standard than that which it demands of the Diocese of Kansas City-St. Joseph. In other words, they are entitled to complete transparency by the Diocese and unlimited assaults on clergy but they can withhold any information they want that might shed light on their own questionable activities – especially if they might prove the innocence of a priest. (Aren’t we supposed to be trying to prove guilt?)
Today they are holding another press conference to complain that the Diocese is defending itself. Seemingly forgotton by the media is the fact that the last time David Clohessy was deposed, he promised to release the deposition to the media so we could see how abused he was by the attorneys.
We’re still waiting.
